Refund / Exchange Policy
At Minor Magic, we will happily offer a refund or exchange on most products providing they have not been used or damaged in any way and are in exactly the same condition and packaged as they were originally sent to you. Generally this is for 30 days from the date the package was shipped to you.
Electrical items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must always call us to let us know you will be returning the parts as soon as possible after you receive them so replacement parts are not ordered.
Under certain circumstances, items will be accepted after 30 days however a handling fee may be applied.
If a product is sent to you incorrect and we are at fault, Minor Magic will pay for the return shipping as well as the cost of the shipping of the correct part back to you. If you need to send back an incorrect part, please include the receipt for the postage back to us and we will credit that back to your credit card within 24 hours.
If you need to exchange a part and you need the new part before we receive the original one back, the new part will be charged to you. The returned part will be credited once we receive it back in its original condition.
